During mobilisation, William played a key role in supporting colleagues through the transition and helping to build engagement with Bidvest Noonan.
His leadership, commitment to colleagues and focus on delivering an excellent service quickly made an impact. Following positive feedback from both the client and operational teams, William was promoted to Service Delivery Manager, with responsibility for security operations across Belfast and Cairnryan ports.
